Cooley Dickinson Health Care, a Massachusetts General Hospital affiliate, is a dynamic community healthcare organization based in Northampton Massachusetts. Our network employs more than 2,000 medical professionals and support staff, including specialists, primary care providers, rehabilitation, radiology, and lab professionals at our main Hospital campus in Northampton and additional locations in 12 towns throughout the Pioneer Valley. Cooley Dickinson’s VNA & Hospice is also a vital part of our network, providing home-based services throughout the area.

 

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Director of Revenue Cycle position. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our progressive healthcare team and play a key role in our continuous drive for improvement.

 

The Director of Revenue Cycle manages all functions of the organization’s billing and revenue cycle to maximize cash flow, and ensures collaboration and coordination of all stages of the revenue cycle from registration to billing including counseling and denials. The Director is responsible for leadership and oversight of the Patient Account teams for the Hospital, Medical Group and VNA.

The ideal applicant for this position would be an experienced health care professional with at least 5-7 years of revenue cycle experience. Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a business related field is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
