Working closely with key members of our pediatric care teams in Boston and Springfield, the successful candidate will create high quality clinical education content to meet the needs of referring physicians, emergency rooms, emergency response personnel, urgent care centers and other healthcare providers.
In tandem with our two (2) other Physician Liaisons, you will build, strengthen and maintain professional relationships with referring providers within our service areas of New England and eastern New York State.
This position will actively contribute to growth in our service lines and achieving our educational mission.
The business development team is responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow patient referral volume and improve customer satisfaction.
This position will facilitate referral growth through service presentations, one-on-one meetings, educational programs, and other opportunities using remote technology and in-person visits when that becomes possible.
You will provide feedback and recommendations to improve access for providers/patients and maintain the quality of the service experience for our patients and families.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including the ability to make effective presentation of materials gathered
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work with minimal direction
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and develop a plan of execution with critical follow-up steps
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
A minimum of three (3) years in a sales/marketing capacity, with a proven record of product line growth in the medical field is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce is strongly preferred. Nursing or similar background with specialization in clinical education strongly preferred.
Valid driver’s license required to travel throughout our service area, which includes all of New England and upstate New York. Currently this position is a remote position from a home office. Once pandemic conditions permit, travel expectation may be up to 50-75%. Travel reimbursement available but no company vehicle.
