LEAD ACCESS COORDINATOR: This position is responsible for training, daily oversight, and work direction of Access Coordinators and requires demonstrated success as an Access Coordinator. Maintains the master schedule, covers open shifts, maintains payroll. Responsible for the following daily activities: monitoring work flow, assigning work, auditing staff, running reports, and problem solving for staff issues. Supports Manager by attending meetings, providing input for staff performance appraisals and assisting with other duties as assigned. Assists Manager in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives. Provides staff education to improve performance and is able to work in multiple Access areas. Provides after hours on-call coverage for multiple Access areas.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Associate's Degree or Diploma Healthcare Business, Health Administration, Allied Health
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years Customer Service in a TriHealth Access role or equivalent
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Proven aptitude for creating and providing training; Understands basic concepts of process improvement; Able to perform multiple complex processes .
