Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related field required. Experience Require 3-5 years of experience in information technology management, business analysis, and project management. Two years of experience in a hospital environment preferred. Physical Normal hospital environment. Occasional exposure to changes in temperature in computer room. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range for telephone. Use of calculator, bar code scanner, computer, printer, copy machine and fax machine. Some bending and reaching for filing and reports. Continuous sitting. Some physical installation of equipment. Occassional lifting/carrying/pushing pulling up to 30 pounds. Some walking about large hospital campus (including stairways). This is a safety sensitive position. JOB SUMMARY Under the guidance of the CTO and with limited supervision and broad general direction, the person in this job is responsible for planning, implementation, management and administration of assigned information technology projects and information services staff. Routinely, assigns and responsibly directs staff. This position is required to utilize independent judgment.
