Summary
This position is primarily based in Scarborough but must be willing to travel to the Lewiston office regularly and as needed. The PSR is responsible for performing a variety of daily office functions including patient reception and appointment scheduling for a multi-physician hospital outpatient clinic.
The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for greeting patients at the Endocrinology & Diabetes office and working with them in person, on the phone, or through electronic correspondence to meet their needs regarding scheduling, updating patient information and checking patients in and out.
