Represents organization in all patient settings serving as a liaison. Performs key pre-analytical functions such as specimen collection, phlebotomy, specimen processing, and order entry.
This position is for the early morning collections, Monday thru Friday 5:00am-9:00am at long term care facilities and nursing homes in the area of Skowhegan through Brunswick. Incumbent will need to have flexibility to be on call some days until 4:00pm. Mileage reimbursement for travel between locations.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Experience: Must have technical training as a Phlebotomist (through NorDx Phlebotomy School or equivalent program).
