Job Description

Facilitates patient access to the delivery of patient care through completing the patient admission/registration process, while supporting functions and communication among team members, under the supervision of Patient Access Supervisors.


Education High school graduate or equivalent required. Experience General Computer Experience required Certification & Licensures BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved required * * New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation. Qualifications Medical Insurance knowledge preferred. Medical terminology preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills required. Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred.
