Perform a variety of specialized, complex activities in the coordination of Human Resources (HR) for a large department. Strong emphasis on proactive problem resolution and departmental communications.
As the Talent Acquisition (Recruitment), Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting recruiting initiatives that are critical to the success of the Talent Acquisition function and the Duke Nursing and Patient Care Services Recruitment organization. In this role you will support a variety of recruitment related responsibilities, most importantly the scheduling of candidates for onsite interviews with the recruitment and hiring team and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role will also assist in other areas of the recruiting lifecycle.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Work requires knowledge of basic communications, research and education. Mathematical principles normally acquired through a high school diploma.
At least 1 year of administrative support experience; a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 1 year of related work experience strongly preferred.
