We are looking for someone with great leadership skills to lead clinical staff at one of Norman Regional Health System's Pulmonary Clinics. The The Pulmonary Clinic at Robinson Medical Plaza is a special place to work, currently there are two Pulmonologist, one Advanced Practice Provider, at two Respiratory Therapist all providing excellent care care of regional patients. This is a busy clinic, with established providers in the Norman Regional service area.

Possesses and applies team-building, problem-solving and critical thinking skills in supervising clinic staff. Responsible for coaching and developing staff members and rendering timely and effective decisions. Provides care to patients of all ages and assistance to physicians and advanced practitioners in the physician clinic.
Receives direct supervision from physician, advanced practitioner, clinical manager, or clinic supervisor.
Current LPN License from the State of Oklahoma is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained for duration of employment.
Prefer at least one year experience in a clinical or physician office setting, emergency room and/or a hospital setting that provides patient care. Experience in office clerical activities desirable.
