A professional LPN/TMA will:
Provide daily routine cares to all residents
Administer routine/PRN medications under the supervision of the RNCC
Must be an LPN currently licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota or a TMA who has attended an approved TMA course through MN
Must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with residents and their families, physicians, peers, and other health care professionals.
Must be committed to resident centered care.
Must be able to pass a Background Study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Previous experience in Long Term Care is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Experience with Point Click Care is preferred.
Work Schedules available:
FT 64 hour evening shift
PT 48 hour per bi-weekly pay period / Day Shift w/ 1 day evening shift
PT 32 hour per bi-weekly pay period / Day Shift
