Job Description

Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. Plan, develop and implement clinical rotations that teach and/or improve clinical skills of multidisciplinary health professions students in the Pee Dee Region. Assist with the coordination and implementation of Interprofessional Education Projects (IPE). Serve on state and local AHEC committees. Support and participate in the daily operations of Pee Dee AHEC. Support the requirements of health professions student rotations. Occasional overnight travel Education Required: Bachelor's Degree required, with Master’s Degree preferred. Skills Needed: Computer technology knowledge required. Proficient computer skills needed to use Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, Access, Constant Contact, and Citrix applications. At least 3 years but typically less than 5 years of total related work experience. Must possess leadership and management skills and have ability to make decisions, should use good communication skills, and have ability to deal with people from a variety of backgrounds. Must have ability to work with minimum of supervision; should have knowledge of teaching fundamentals, hospital organization and structure, health care agencies, and educational institutions. Occasionally, the employee will need to travel overnight.
