Plans, organizes and conducts medically prescribed occupational therapy programs to facilitate/restore functional independence in all patient populations. Facilitates the learning of pre-vocational, cognitive, sensory motor and social skills to diminish or correct pathology and to promote and maintain health. Supervises Occupational Therapist Assistants, Rehab Techs and OT / OTA students. Works independently; seeks supervision when necessary.

Master''s or Bachelor''s degree, graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Missouri license in Occupational Therapy
Verbal and written communication skills required to discuss and document treatment programs and work issues
Also requires the physical ability to teach and demonstrate locomotor skills, high level coordination and gross / fine motor skills, etc
Must maintain certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support for continued employment.
