Home Health Scheduler - 1 Weekend Per Month - Pool/As Needed

Schedule Details: Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 11:00 am 1 weekend per month. Must also be available to work an additional 8 hours per pay period to cover PTO and staff absences. Holiday rotation required.

Our highly skilled team provides a wide array of services, including medication education and management, injections and intravenous therapy, wound care, nutritional counseling, bowel and bladder management and much more. Physical, occupational and speech therapists address home safety concerns, strengthening and rehabilitation needs. Our licensed social workers offer assistance with community resources, financial assistance and supportive care and counseling to patients and families.

What You Will Do:
The Home Health Scheduler is responsible for coordinating all activities related to scheduling staff and patient assignments for ProHealth Home Care and Hospice. Specifically, accurate scheduling, registering and entering data of patient information into the Epic system.
What you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of related scheduling and/or health care experience preferred.
Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
