Evaluates the patient's physical and functional status and selects the appropriate treatment program to achieve short and long range goals that are measurable and realistic. They perform periodic re-evaluation and adapt programs as needed. The therapist will use modalities, exercise and education to treat patients. They must also communicate with physicians, patients, caregivers, insurance companies and other staff.
Physical Therapy serves both the inpatient and outpatient population. A team of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides collaborate to offer general, pediatric and aquatic therapy treatment.
Must have valid SC PT license
Zero to less than 1 year of related work experience.
