Opened in 1965, Magnolia Regional Health Center is a 200 bed acute care community hospital that is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and is the largest employer in Acorn County with a workforce of over 1,600. Jointly owned by the City of Corinth and Alcorn County, Mississippi. MRHC provides care to a six county region which encompasses Alcorn, Prentiss, Tishomingo, and Tippah Counties in Mississippi and McNairy and Hardin Counties in Tennessee.
MRHC offers over 40 medical services, including a Heart and Vascular Center, an Orthopedic Center of Excellence, comprehensive women's care, state-of-the-art radiology department and behavioral health unit, various specialty care services, and 18 hospital-owned clinics. MRHC is a Level 3 Trauma and Stroke Center and receives nearly 40,000 emergency department visits annually.
