The Occupational Therapist assumes responsibility for the ethical and cost effective management, delivery, documentation, outcomes and communication of patient care within the scope of practice of their respective disciplines; Organizes and conducts medically necessary occupational therapy treatment programs; Supervises occupational therapy assistants and technicians in assisting with aspects of treatments; Works closely with other hospital staff in coordination of patient care. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.
Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy
Licensure / Certification
Occupational Therapist graduate eligible for Oklahoma licensure
Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
