Staff Occupational Therapists are responsible for direct patient care evaluating and treating a variety of individuals based upon setting. The successful candidate will exhibit strong: customer service skills, clinical skills, and patient outcomes. They must practice with high moral and professional standards and be driven toward continuous professional development. Effective time management and teamwork skills are an essential quality that will allow success in contributing to the operation of the Health System. Have responsibilities towards supervision of assistants involved in the care of their patients.
Education: Graduate of an Accredited Program in Occupational Therapy required. Master's Degree Preferred.
Certifications/License: Basic Life Support required. Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) required. Possess or be eligible for Ohio License as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience: Experience with PC's Word Processing required. Graduate and/or previous clinical experience in health care setting delivering direct patient care 1-2 years preferred. Consideration will be given to new graduates with strong clincal and professional skills.
