Community Hospital of Anaconda (CHA) has a position open for a Chief of Clinic Operations (CCO). The Chief of Clinic Operations is a member of the CHA Senior Leadership team. The CCO provides leadership and direction for an integrated, multispecialty medical group practice consisting of more than thirty-five medical providers at multiple clinic locations.
The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the principles of effective multispecialty clinic practice management. The candidate must have a demonstrated aptitude for establishing and maintaining a team culture, developing effective working relationships, and communicating and interacting with health care professionals.
Experience in strategic planning, personnel management, federal and state regulations, budgeting and overall clinic financial management required with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience; Master’s degree in healthcare or business administration, (MHA, MBA) and/or Bachelor degree in healthcare or business administration, and/or equivalent clinical degree, with preference to candidate with Healthcare degree. Five to ten years of healthcare leadership experience, commensurate with educational degree. Preference to candidate with multispecialty clinic practice experience.
