Responsible for the development and implementation of a program for continuous monitoring of patient care practices and outcomes in a consistent effort to maintain and improve the services and environment provided and assures compliance with CMS and state regulation. POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for the development and implementation of a program for continuous monitoring of patient care practices and outcomes in a consistent effort to maintain and improve the services and environment provided and assures compliance with CMS and state regulation. Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS: License or Certification:   Total Education, Vocational Training, and Experience: Licensed care giver preferred in a healthcare related field. At least 1 year experience working with a frail, elder population.
