The Occupational Therapist helps the patient improve their ability to perform tasks in living and working environments. Evaluates patient to establish goals and plan of care to meet each patient's needs and to provide plan of care, including delegation of responsibilities, in accordance with Ohio statute/state laws.
Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Current license in good standing as an occupational therapist in the State of Ohio. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Good computer skills. BLS required. Previous experience working with geriatric and psychiatric population preferred.
