Job Description

The Operations Director of Health Partner Services is responsible for managing the day to day operations to support all functions and systems that are in place within the Holy Name Physician Network. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Skills: Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues at the Practice level. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to maintain communication with staff members, practice manager and physicians. Skills: Multi-tasking, flexibility, customer service support, time management, organizational skills and attention to details. Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience working in a physician practice • Communicate with the practices regarding day to day operational issues. • In-service education for all practice systems including billing and EMR • Process HPS invoices via Accounts Payable Requisition System. • Other additional duties as required
