Provides limited respiratory treatment, diagnostics and therapy under the direct supervision of a credentialed respiratory care practitioner. Student practitioners are under medical and technical supervision.

High School Diploma or GED
Currently enrolled with good standing in a CoARC credentialed program
Must have completed course studies in:
i. Anatomy and physiology
ii. Medical gas administration
iii. Respiratory pharmacology
iv. Medical aerosol administration

Must be eligible to apply for student permit through the Indiana Health Professions Bureau
