Keep assigned work area and tools clean.
Prepares every patient tray with accuracy, efficiency, safety, timeliness and attractiveness in mind.
Ensures that work area is stocked and ready before each meal period.
Prepares salads, vegetables and foodstuff to assist in full meal preparation.
Takes food and equipment temperatures as required and takes action when temperatures are out of range.
Operates standard dish washing and cooking equipment.
