The Chef duties include cooking breakfast/lunch items on grill/fryer, serving customers, and setting up cafeteria.
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience preferred. Must be able to cook all types of products and follow HACCP guidelines. Ability to use kitchen equipment, follow recipes and production sheets and versatile in hot and cold food production. Familiar with commercial cooking equipment. Must be able to read and complete simple reports. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
