Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager/ Behavioral Health Associate

TELECOMMUTING OPPORTUNITY!

The behavioral health care manager is a full time position. This position is open to Telecommuting with the requirement of one day per week of on-site services. The care manager is a vital member of the collaborative care team. The team includes the primary care provider, a psychiatric consultant, the patient, and larger primary care team. The behavioral health care manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating the mental and physical health care of patients on an assigned patient caseload. Will deliver evidence-based psychotherapies. Qualifications: A minimum of a Master’s level training and licensure in any of the following:

Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Professional Counselor

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Licensed Social Worker Licensed Psychologist

Coulee Medical Center is a 25-bed Trauma Level IV Critical Access Hospital with a very important job: to serve the healthcare needs of our rural community with the best in patient care, medical expertise, and personalized service.

Based out of our new state-of-the-art, 66,000-square-foot facility near the famous Grand Coulee Dam, we provide professional medical services to the residents and visitors of the greater Grand Coulee area, the five surrounding counties, and the nearby Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation.
