The Nurse Supervisors that we are looking for demonstrate compassionate patient care, strong work ethic, and consistently display good judgment to provide leadership on the wards they will supervise. The key to your success will be your ability to not only communicate with clarity to the team you supervise, but also to the variety of staff you'll interact with.

We are currently hiring for evening and night shifts. Evening shift RN's receive a shift differential ranging from $1.50-$4.50/hr., depending on the day worked. Night shift also has supplemental pay that can range from $2.50-$5.13 per hour.

Some of what you'll do: 

  • As the Registered Nurse 3 you'll supervise, educate, coach and mentor nursing staff, and foster a caring environment that respects our patients' dignity.
  • Lead and manage nursing care on your ward and shift, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to maintain a high quality of nursing care for individuals with psychiatric and behavioral health issues.
  • Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team that plans, delivers, and evaluates all patient care provided.
  • Take the lead role in case of a medical or psychiatric emergency and therapeutically intervene and de-escalate our patients.


 Who should apply:

A Registered Nurse with a valid Washington State Registered Nurse license or the ability to obtain one by start of employment and two years of professional nursing experience or equivalent education/experience.
