What You’ll Do
The Cook is responsible for providing attractive, tasteful, healthful, sanitary hot food items for patients, visitors, and employees.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Follow standardized recipes
Prepare food for various events and groups, including patient rooms, cafeteria, and catering events
Serve on the patient tray line and in the cafeteria
Maintain a sanitary work environment according to quality control guidelines
Check and record food temperatures
Maintain stock of necessary items and products

Tulsa City County food handler’s permit
Good interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills
Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptions
