Provides education and psychotherapy with individuals, families and groups as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Provide assessment using standard DSM IV
Make appropriate referrals to other community resources
Conduct individual, group, family or couples therapy
Maintain timely and appropriate contact with community agencies, EAP, schools, courts and other personnel associated with a patient's treatment
Maintain contact with managed care organizations and provide timely treatment plans.
Work as part of a team in coordinating patient's care with Primary Care Physicians and other providers.
Requires a Master’s degree
Maintains updated license with continuing educational credits
Maintain Social work/Counselor code of ethics as required by the State of Ohio
LISW or LPCC required
Addiction medicine and Mental Health Inpatient/PHP/IOP programming
