We want you on our team...Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, an 18 minute drive from Lexington, KY is searching for a State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) to join our Transitional Care Unit. This is a full time night shift position on a 25 bed unit. You will provide care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. This position reports to the Director of Transitional Care.

Essentials functions for position include, but are not limited to the following:
Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN, LPN, including monitoring vital signs, possibly taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output
Assists patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation
Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff
Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
High school diploma or equivalent, required
Valid current Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide license
Basic Life Support (BLS)

Night shift, 10+ hr/shift, rotate weekends
