This is complex professional work requiring the individual to develop, implement, provide, assess and evaluate ongoing educational offerings. Educational offerings will be provided in a variety of internal and external settings. Work is performed in accordance with accepted nursing standards and established hospital policies and procedures and applicable regulations. Effective performance requires independent judgment and action under minimal supervision. Provides nursing education regarding geriatric, adult and pediatric patients.
Required- Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Required- Possession of a current license as a registered nurse issued by the State of Ohio Board of Nursing Education and Nurse Registration.
Preferred - BSN and specialty certification
Required-. At least two years’ experience as a professional nurse in area of specialty.
Current certification in CPR.
