St. Luke’s Hospital is one hospital with a laser focus on our patients. We are low on bureaucracy and high on care. Physician-led care teams make decisions based on what’s best for our patients.
When you join the St. Luke’s Hospital team, you become part of a thriving community hospital that has served the greater Toledo area for over a hundred years. There’s good reason why our turnover is so low, as compared with others in our market. We have intentionally built a culture of caring for each other, as we care for our patients. We trust and empower our staff to make decisions and move patient treatment in the right direction. In other words, we recognize the fact that the people we’ve chosen to join our team are intelligent human beings who are here to do their best work.
