Home Health Registered Nurse opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital is seeking candidates to fill a Home Health RN position. The Home Health RN is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for planning, coordinating, providing and documenting care for an assigned caseload of patients. Utilizing physicians’ orders and professional skills, the Home Health RN develops and implements a home health plan that meets each patient’s specific needs and is in compliance with federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines, as well as agency policies and procedures.
Licensure/Certifications: Current state licensure in the State of Montana as a Registered Nurse and current BCLS certification.
Language Skills: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of Nursing Standards of Care and Professional Practice and knowledge of current federal, state and agency regulations governing patient home healthcare.
Experience: One year acute care nursing experience required. One year home health nursing experience preferred.
Requirements: Valid state driver’s license, current automobile insurance and reliable automobile.
