Food Service Aide - Somerset - Per diem, varied shifts, weekends necessary - The Food Service Aide will ensure the highest quality and standards of meals are professionally presented and served with excellent customer service; complete duties assigned to provide accurate, timely food service in order to meet resident needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements and also engage residents in achieving a meaningful dining experience and to ensure their preferences are honored.
High School graduate or GED;
Experience as wait staff or host/hostess/captain;
Skill and experience with geriatric and/or Dementia residents, preferred
Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful, and confidential manner
Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
