If you meet the minimum requirements below, enjoy work that is valued, has purpose and you want to join our team… please apply today.  What You’ll Do  The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for providing support to Hillcrest Medical Center with various aspects of employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record keeping and compliance.  The successful candidate will be able to:  Ensure a smooth new hire process for new and existing candidates Assist applicants with the hiring process and ensure completion of each step of the onboarding process (ex. pre-employment screening, interviewing, job offer, licensure, reference checks, screenings, etc.) Monitoring the progress of onboarding and acting as the main contact for all issues related to documentation management Review and validate all incoming documents. Ensure that all required documents from new hires such as employment applications, education verification, and references are received and documented Respond to all internal and external inquiries regarding the validity and receipt of documents. Communicate the receipt of time sensitive documents Accurately classify, file, and distribute the new hire/onboarding documents. Responsible for processing new hires files for HMC, ensuring they are completed in required employment, payroll and other relevant systems in a timely manner prior to New Employee Orientation Coordinate required training, screenings and certification completions Ensure compliance with Federal, State, & other regulatory agencies Conduct periodic/
