The Unit Assistant is responsible for assisting with unit/patient care needs under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Assures smooth operation of the nursing unit by performing necessary clerical duties.
Schedule: 7am - 7pm every Saturday & Sunday; 24 hours per week; part-time
•High school graduate or equivalent.
•Current CNA Certification required.
•Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support for healthcare providers (AHA or American Red Cross).
•Medical Terminology preferred.
•Computer skills with knowledge of business software.
•Clerical experience preferred.
•Ability to pay close attention to detail.
•Must possess excellent customer service skills.
