Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with FC’s computer systems, PC’s and TELCO systems. Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to assist users. Provides support to staff on all the organization’s supported applications. Investigates hardware problems and performs minor system hardware and communication connection repairs.
Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.
Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with FC’s computer systems and TELCO systems.
Setup and install personal computers, phones, and related hardware.
Troubleshoot and determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
Perform hardware and software installations.
Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members.
Investigates hardware problems and performs minor system hardware and communication connection repairs.
Performs basic diagnostic testing.
Provide computer orientation to new staff.
Document resolutions for future reference.
Handle shared On-call support to the IS environment.
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for problem resolution
