Able to plan and implement educational opportunities. Act as a resource and mentor. Support staff and their educational need. Support ICU leadership. Work collaboratively with all departments. Must be a UBC member and actively support and work on new projects to support best practice. Assumes charge role at times and managerial role. Participate in annual ICU competency. Participate in Hospital-wide committees
