As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns Skagit Regional Health’s business objectives with employees and management in designated department. The HRBP identifies and manages HR needs and is a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and communicates needs proactively with the HR department and Management. The HR Business Partner has a shared responsibility with SRH Leaders for achievement of the desired results. The HRBP seeks to develop consistent and integrated solutions. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to leadership and employees that reflects Skagit Regional Health’s Mission, Vision and Values. By utilizing data and analytics, the HRBP ensures that SRH Leaders make fact-based decisions on HR issues that are consistent, compliant and whenever possible, innovative.
EducationBachelor’s degree, Masters preferred; or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience in an acute healthcare setting.
Experience/TrainingMinimum of four (4) years related human resource experience. Experience in a unionized environment preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare environment is highly desired.
License/CertificationPHR or SPHR highly preferred.
