Job Description

Develops key Supply Chain processes, strategies, and sourcing innovations for inventory management, value analysis, revenue integrity, and procurement. Presenting opportunities for reducing Supply and Expense cost of the hospital system by negotiating and utilizing appropriate contracts. Work directly with Physician and Department leaders to ensure both proper understanding and compliance of contract opportunities. Ensures supply needs throughout the hospital system are met through use of automated systems and report analysis. Develops process improvement plans/projects pertaining to Supply Chain throughout the hospital system. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Bachelors degree required. Masters preferred. Minimum Work Experience 5-7 years progressive leadership experience required. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management required. Required Licenses/Certifications for position Healthcare Supply Chain Certification preferred. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Note: Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
