Job Description: Regions Hospital has a full-time opportunity for a Lead Bistro Services Associate (Barista) to join our team! The Lead Bistro Service Associate is responsible for leading and coordinating the workflow of the Bistro Service Associate. This position will produce, merchandise, package and sell upscale food items for the Overlook Deli and Coffee shop operation in the hospital. The individual will be required to assemble attractive, upscale salad/sandwich items, bottled beverages, sweets, sushi, and miscellaneous items; display and set up entire kiosk area, be responsible for all cash operations for the unit, as well as control costs, maximize sales through analysis of customer purchase patterns and interaction, as well as maintain immaculate, sanitary conditions during production and sales of the items. They will be responsible for all storage and cleanup of all areas related to production and merchandising of these items. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D. 2 years’ experience in the food service industry. Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. 2 years’ experience in the food service industry.

Schedule

1PM-9:30PM Every other weekend Holidays as scheduled
