EducationRN required, BSN preferred.
Experience/TrainingRegistered nurse with a minimum of Five years recent nursing in oncology preferred. Patient education experience required.
License/CertificationCurrent Washington State RN License required. AHA (American Heart Association) BLS required. National certification in Oncology (OCN) preferred. Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification is required prior to any administration of Chemotherapy.
Other QualificationsExcellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and technical proficiency. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and use critical thinking skills to problem solve. Proficient in the use of Electronic Health Record systems, Microsoft Office suite and other clinical applications. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Days - Variable
