The Provider Reporting Analyst is responsible for analytical and operational reporting in the development and support of SRH Medical Staff, to include Ongoing Professional Performance Evaluation (OPPE), provider dashboards, scorecards, and drilldowns from the Epic and Midas+ Statit applications. As part of the development effort, this person will work with executive level, medical staff, and quality & risk leadership to identify the ongoing reporting needs for the organization. Utilizing Epic, Statit piMD/PPR and Midas+ solutions, in addition to a variety of external data sets, the Provider Reporting Analyst will create and maintain content to support the vision and mission of the organization, and its stakeholders. The Provider Reporting Analyst will also act as the Statit System Administrator.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management or a clinical profession (nursing, laboratory science, pharmacy, etc.) preferred.
Experience/TrainingA minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare quality, healthcare data analytics, or healthcare report writing. Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Extensive knowledge of structured query language. Knowledge of statistics. 2 years’ experience with Epic reports preferred. 2 years’ experience with the Midas+ suite of solutions (Care Management, DataVision, Seeker, Live, and/or Comply) preferred. Experience working with medical staff processes, including OPPE and re-credentialing physicians and other professional providers preferred. Experience creating dashboards and scorecards for executive level reporting preferred.
License/CertificationMust maintain Epic Certification, required within six months of hire. Employees will be given three chances to pass each certification test. Proficiencies in other Epic applications, particularly those relevant to the assigned reporting function, preferred. SQL certification preferred.
