Provides customer service as the first point of contact for Skagit Regional Clinics. Responsible for answering telephone calls in a centralized call center environment, performing a variety of scheduling and clerical tasks. Works effectively and cooperatively within the workplace. EducationHigh School diploma or GED required. Experience/TrainingMinimum one (1) years experience in a healthcare setting to include registration, scheduling and insurance verification preferred. License/CertificationNone required.
