If you meet the minimum requirements below, enjoy work that is valued, has purpose and you want to join our team… please apply today.   What You’ll Do      The Scrub Tech—CVOR is responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.    The successful candidate will be able to:   Responsible for activities of patient care which involve basic knowledge of sterile technique, sterilization procedures, principles of surgical procedures, basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, use and care of surgical instruments and equipment, actions and use of anesthetic agents. Ensures that all HMC Policies & Procedures and HCAHO regulations are adhered to during procedures. Assist the Registered Nurse CV Coordinator in CV-specific processes, as needed. Restocks, provides effective turnover for CV surgeries and helps keep the CV rooms clean.
