Full Time Administration/Operations Assistant/Support

Job Description

Supervises and coordinates activities in planning, directing, organizing and controlling the Patient Registration department, Lobby Manager and Switchboard. Monitors the quality assurance program and assists with annual reporting. Coordinates work schedules for designated departments and maintains man-hours within provided budget. Completes payroll, records and monitors time and attendance activity. Coordinates hiring, evaluating, counseling and terminating. Assists with budget preparation.
