This role will focus on optimizing the use of existing and new technologies to support the Human Resources team, including the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Kronos HR module, and LMS (Learning Management System) , ensuring data integrity and streamlining processes, with particular emphasis on reporting and HR analytics. Role will assume responsibility for building, implementing and maintaining an HR Dashboard .
Conducts data analysis and HR Analytics on HR data such as compensation, job classification, turnover, total compensation and benefits statements, employment, benefits, workforce analysis, retention, headcount, employee activity, performance, AAP and recruitment activity and can provide ad hoc reports as needed.
Ensures accuracy, completeness and integrity of all data in HRIS, compensation and other HR systems and assures information is available on a timely basis.
Conducts periodic audits including HRIS and vendor data to confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered. Establishes data entry procedures to ensure integrity.
Performs updates, exports/imports, and researches and corrects any discrepancies as needed.
Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and work flow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes (i.e. onboarding, reporting and other systems) and to improve data management and efficiency.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Information Systems, HR Business or equivalent education and experience.
Two - three years’ experience in an HRIS analyst role. Kronos Workforce experience highly desirable, experience in HRIS / payroll systems required.
Experience in healthcare environment desirable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Advanced skills in the following MS Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
MS Access knowledge is also preferred.
