Job Description
THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EMERGENCY ROOM ON ASSIGNED SHIFTS. ESTABLISHES, DEMONSTRATES AND MAINTAINS HIGH STANDARDS OF NURSING CARE BY DIRECTING PERSONNEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POLICIES, PROCEDURES, PHILOSOPHY AND OBJECTIVES OF THE HOSPITAL, NURSING ADMINISTRATION AND EMERGENCY ROOM. MAINTAINS ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS, AIDS IN STAFF DEVELOPMENT, ORIENTATION OF NEW EMPLOYEES, GUIDANCE AND JOB SATISFACTION.
Qualifications
CURRENT RN LICENSE IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. BLS AND ACLS CERTIFICATIONS. PALS CERTIFICATION WITHIN ONE YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT. ONE TO THREE YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE.
