Miami Valley Hospital is a full-service acute care hospital located in Dayton, OH. The hospital is the region's only Level 1 Trauma center with CareFlight, the area's only air ambulance service. Miami Valley is a member of Premier Health. The hospital employs approximately 6545 employees and more than 1100 physicians in over 70 primary and specialty medical practice areas.  MVH is considered the Regions Leader for healthcare. Miami Valley is a 974 bed facility whose mission is to build healthier communities with others who share our commitment to provide high-quality, cost-competitive health care services.  Serving the Dayton community is a primary goal of MVH. Miami Valley Hospital provides inpatient, outpatient, emergency, urgent care, rehabilitation and surgical services, as well as the only regional Adult burn center, Dayton's first accredited Primary Stroke Center with Neurology unit/ICU and the area's first robotic surgery program.
