Occupational Summary
In support of a department or group of professionals, regularly required to resolve moderately complex (non-routine) administrative problems independently or with others.

Work Performed
Expectations of work at this level may typically include the following:
- Process additional privilege requests; changes of supervisor for AHP staff
- Process visiting observer requests for DUH
- Review initial applications/renewals and ready for Credentials Committee review
- Prepares letters and reports after approval by the Board of Directors
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Additional duties TBD.

Education
High school education or equivalent.

Experience
Must have a minimum of 3 years of credentialing experience and certified as a CPMSM or CPCS.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of medical staff services principles, methods and procedures.
- Considerable knowledge of and experience with computers, computer applications and traditional office equipment.
- Excellent typing/data entry skills are required.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with CVO customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with good follow through (detail oriented)
- Exceptional judgment skills
- Ability to evaluate information received to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Attention to detail
- Ability to recognize variances in information that requires additional investigation
