Allina Health Home Care Services provides skilled medical care for patients and families needing rehabilitation, advanced-illness or end-of-life care. With headquarters located in St. Paul, Minn., services are provided in 30 Minnesota counties, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Responsibilities are broad, varied and may include handling telephone calls, scheduling appointments and relieving the department of administrative detail
May coordinate meetings, conferences, presentations, travel arrangements and perform other routine administrative work
May have responsibility for assigned projects within the department utilizing one or more software packages
May compose correspondence of a routine nature, reports, or presentations
Supports Hospice/Palliative Care Director through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication using knowledge of business units concepts, practices and procedures.
Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
High school or equivalent
Minimum 2-5 years of administrative or secretarial experience
Experienced administrative support at the senior level
Requires good judgement
Ability to work with limited supervison
Computer proficiency in one or more software packages
20 hours a week
No weekends required at this time
